Just installed my new rail pressure gauge... doesnt work. Wired up to the same power source as my other gauges, and the other gauges still work. Ground is good, same area as the ground for my other gauges as well. Turn the key on, no lights from the monitor, nothing. Its like nobody is home. Took the cover of the gauge and checked power and ground where the wire is soldered to the circuit board, and there is both power and ground. No rail pressure codes either, I figured something bad in the gauge might throw a rail pressure code being it plugs between the sensor and factory harness. Anything I might be overlooking? Gonna call quad tomorrow

I installed a Quad Rail Pressure Gauge and the Rail Pressure works fine but the lift pump fuel pressure registered 0. I got Quad to send a new sending unit. It then worked fine for about 3 weeks. That's when the fuel pressure starting erratically jumping from 0 to 20 psi. After talking to Quad again they said they have a new sending unit that is supposed to be better and will be shipped the middle of January.

I got the DiPricol in the 04, it reads about 4000 at idle, and only about 7500 -8000 on a level stretch of hwy, at 65 mph. When I put my foot in it, it only goes to 15000- 16000. I don't know if this is right, but I was under the impression that it should read around 23000 psi. Pickup seams to run OK with 238000 miles on it , so... ... ..... ?

Well I drove to work this morning and had some horrible surging, seemed only when I was in lockup. Idle would hang, so it seems that it was bumping rail pressure way high, but I still had no codes. The lights for the buttons would come on, very dim, when I would give it throttle, and completely shut off when I lift. Called Tech support and they said to switch to a different ground (grounded at the same place my analog gauges are, and they work fine). So I grounded it straight to the battery. Have to call back tomorrow and they better send me a new one. Hopefully my fuel pressure adaptor works when I go to install it...
