Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Any Smartys S03 near Yuba City, Ca?

Well, Sad to say my truck was broken into and the only thing missing is my Smarty. When my Smarty was stolen I had a program installed and I am coming due for smog inspection. With the smarty installed I have a P0602 code which would cause me to fail the computer test. I contacted SmartyPower and talked to one of Bob's tech support guys, he was very helpful, to see if they could loan me a smarty to load the stock program. What he recommended is for me to find someone near me and use their programmer to load a tune and then remove the Smarty tune. That would put a stock tune back into my truck.

Is there anybody around Yuba City California, 40 miles north of Sacramento, that could help me?
