Any TDR Members Going To Camp Perry?

Any Hi-power shooters out there? For those of you who have no idea what I am talking about, The Civilian Marksmanship Program and the NRA jointly conduct the National Championship Shooting Matches at Camp Perry in Northern Ohio from about mid July to mid August. The Hi-power rifle phase starts July 30. About 15 shooters from my state, Utah are going. I am fortunate enough to be one of them. If any of you are going, maybe we could get together and talk diesels.

Looks like I won't make it this year. I'm really going to miss the President's match and the leg match. Those are long days, but lots of fun!

My M-25 wont be here for another few months I will try to make a few sniper matches and a few long range meets so I can go next year.

I should be there. I wont be competing, but I'll be shopping in commercial row!!

I want to hit the DCM building too. Prices went up from last year, also I'm told they dont have any M-852(got 1K rds last year), but sometimes they have things they say they dont.

Maybe I'll see you at Phils. Ever eat there? Highly reccomended.

Now that I've legged out in Pistol, I need to start working on Rifle. The Long Range Matches (800, 900, and 1000 yards) are my favorite in Hi power, though. . Have fun, and spend some money for me.

You gotta use that range! Once a month they have full course 200/300/600) matches. If you can handle the fishtailing winds there, you can do well at Perry.

Talk to Ken Slade. Tell him that Tim from the Air Force team sent you.

I have participated in the Austin area matches (out east of town), but the reduced courses don't really prepare you for Perry.
