Alan, here's my question. Do you have a bad pump, and how was it diagnosed ? After you remove the APPS, air horn, connector, all fuel/injector lines and pump mounting bolts. Remove the crankcase breather (it unscrews CCW) this will give you access to the pump retainer nut. Undo the nut and attach the puller useing M8 X 1. 25 bolts. Them carefully press the pump shaft out of the gear.
