did it three weeks ago
i re-stacked mine about three weeks ago, should have done it three years ago

. it really isn't that hard.
take off the diff pan
remove the bearing caps (4 large bolts facing you)
you may have to pry out the case with the clutch pack and spider gears in it.
be careful of the bearings and shims, they may fall out too, but MUST be put back the way they came out.
take out the case bolts... impact wrech works good.
lift the case off... one stack will proabaly be in the case.
re-stack those as previously listed
pry out the spider gears from the ring gear side and re-stack
put back together!
i found that to tighten the case bolts it is easy to have another person use a bar stuck in the holes of the case to hold the thing while you tighten with a torque wrench.
take your time and pay attention to the detail... the washer have to go back the same way they came out.
took me about 2 hours, to do it again would take much less.
hope that helps!
