Most expensive towing bill

Hey Marine, Get a treadmill and walk fast as you can, about 4. 5 MPH (fast walk slow jog), every night, or so, and you will become a fat burning machine. Doing sit ups will only put built muscle over fat... remember guys got muscle over fat and gals got fat over muscle. I'm 44 and have done the 12oz diet, but got back to 34" Levis. Been through a back surgery and doc says keep the weight down. At 6'1" 200 I feel good!

Am I getting fat? Not any more.

Back in April I wsa a fat, dumb and happy 210. Some chestpain, a little congestive heart failure (at the age of 42), and a touch of diabetes later, I started to loose weight.

In November I was 165 and feeling pretty good. It's a tough way to loose the weight, but it beat the alternative, assumeing room temperature.

yah well... . i just turned 21... i'm 5'9'' and 250 so na na naa! i'm just wide for my height. . naw. . i'm built like a Cummins... stout,inline,and full of Cumm {ins}... I STILL look up to Gary though... even if i get bigger, he's always gonna be a big daddy to me!

until 1987 was 165lb (twisted steel and sex appeal). . even had those little rectangles on the "abs"---then got out of college,into marriage, and bought some groceries!--202 @ 5'9 and 36y/o... . twisted steel with better upholstery #ad
 
The other day, my wife patted me on the butt, and said "Boy, that's firm!" #ad
I said "You like that, huh?" She said "Yeah. It must be from squatting to sit on the couch, getting up to get a beer, sitting down in the chair, getting up to get another beer, . . . "

How do you like that?! She likes the firm butt, but complains about how I got it . . . Women #ad

Well, I have lost 12 lbs in the past 2 months. I am down to 258 at 6'2". No belly and very little fat. I have to stay in fighting shape for work. I try and do mostly cardio workout but do a little light lifting. This time last year I was benching close to 400 lbs but had to stop, nothing fit anymore. So its just light weights and a lot of heart pounding exercises.
 
I'm horizontally (sp) challenged!!!!! Like Bill Lins, if my height fit my weight I would be 7ft tall (or more)!!!!!

D*mn, I thought I was doing bad at 21 and 220. I am 6'1', and cantake the wieght off just as fast as I can pack it on. THis is the time of year I gain weight- just after all the food gifts. I have found that in addition to situps, you also have to do push ups, leg raises, and do a little running. I am down from 235 first week of December.
I went to the Univ of MO- Columbia on a NROTC scholarship (later dropped it because of too much political a$$ kissing), and did PTs under guidance of a Marine Gunnery Sgt. Lost 20# in three weeks. I had no adverse side effects, and kicked a$$ in NIRA (college) rodeos. I have a goal of 195-200 by St Pat day (1. 5 mo), and then give Jerome Robinson a call and see if he has any bulls I can practice on. Why let $800 of gear sit and gather dust?

Currently, my routine consists of starting with 50 each of: leg raises, push ups, sit ups, crunches, and the deal where you place your legs like you're gonna do more sit up, then raise your waist until your torso is level, then raise each foot, then drop down, repeat. (My fiancee likes to watch me do those). then I have a lawn mower wheel on a bar- get on all fours, gripping the bar, then roll out till body is 4-8" off the floor, roll back. Then after 50 of each, work until you can do no more, rotating ini sets of 20-40. Should take nomorethan half hour. If you are too soft, (no offense intended) start with 25 or as many as you can. gotta start somewhere. Then drink a glass of water or OJ when done. Then cut back on the 12 oz curls. ANd cut the chips, cookies, chocolate, etc. Not completely, just back. Should see and feel a difference w/in 2 weeks.

No pain, no gain. I have not felt too much pain this week (food poisoning) so I have not gained too much on either side of the battle.

I in the leage where bathroom scales fear me #ad
but I've taken some weight or mass off with a combination of things but the most important is to eat right( easy to say but hard to do) the weight watcher program points system will help you along with exercise, walking- dancing, and SEX #ad
and give yourself a reward when you get to your goal. a friend took off "a few pounds" with the system and I'm Still a work in progress---- good luck
