How does that work? You make it cold and then heat it when you want some?



Anything to do with good coffee gets my attention.

You'll like this then. There is no acid in cold brewed coffee. Very smooth tasting.



Basically you cold brew the coffee 8-10 hours. Then you drain the brewed coffee into the decanter.



According to the strength you like, you add the refrigerated mix to water and heat for 1:20 seconds.



The mix will keep for weeks in the fridge.



No brewing every day, just store the mix in the fridge and use as needed.



A friend showed this to me and I love it.
