NGM Diesel said:i dont see how you can repair injector parts that are not avalible, bosch has NOT released any internal wearable parts! the ball, seat, ect unless you get a new body, thats it. only nozzels and seals for now
Jeff_K said:Don has all the parts necessary to fix damaged/worn out injectors. He has his sources![]()
lmills said:yep. You got that right. He has access to parts that even the so called "bosch" shops don't
NGM Diesel said:what do you mean by saying so called bosch shops??![]()
lmills said:My guess would be anyone that says that they can not get the parts. :-laf
jwilliams3 said:If injectors are already being offered as "remanufactured" from many different shops I would say that the parts are out there.
You also have to think outside the box a little. If you cant buy just one part to fix something... . go and buy a whole new unit and cannibalize!!
NGM Diesel said:i still think that $100 to fix a POS injector is far feched, know matter who you are. i going to call BS on him being able to source out ball and seats, even though bosch has NOT put them into production as a separate part![]()
