I think that piece is the shock absorber 'doo-dad' that ATS talks about on their website.



I'm probably wrong... . I don't know squat about trannies.

Maybe I can clear up some of these questions on this dyno run since I was there. Dons truck dyno'ed 597. 8hp at over 5000 ft in elevation and to my knowledge these numbers are uncorrected. My truck ran on the same dyno within 15 minutes of Don's truck and there is no mention of correction on my dyno sheet. My truck acheived 441 hp on the dyno which with all my other test seem to be inline. I will also add that after talking to the manufacture and owner of this dyno it should be considered the most accurate Mustang dyno in the state.

On all the Mustang printouts I have, or have seen it don't list the correction factor.



On Dynojet printouts it is listed on the "detail" page.

I believe both businesses behaved admirably. I have bd products in my transmission and have enjoyed them so far. I am going to replace all of it for tried and true dtt products. I enjoyed reading Bills comments very much in the past. His temperment impressed me very much. I have contacted dtt and they are very helpful. I do have a sizable amount of disposable income( read no children). So if this ats turns out to whoop some ass in a year I will give it a whirl. I dont believe in getting worked up over a product discussion in fact Im quite passive when ppl talk smack bout my Dodge or my Polaris because my toys make me very happy and I do not feel the need to explain myself. When ppl ask me how much power I have I say oh a little over stock. I would be upset if a company misrepresented there products or another companies products to better themselves.

all of this dyno stuff is stupid. that's why i have asked ats to come down to may madness and show us what they've got. no bs come down and show us the power and the transmission. it could be the best advertisment they could ever get.

i'm not trying to start anything but if they believe in ther product as much as i think they do, why not come show it off?

besides i don't mind getting my butt kicked by don.

come on don we will have drag racing, mud bogs,sled pull and a dyno what a venue for you guys to show off your product, not just talk about it. we will all dyno on the same dyno so no bs there. and if you hook up to the sled that will show the true color's of your transmission.

all the good stuff is happening on friday and sat and maybe sun.



i'm driving all the way down from montana, christian and steve and chris are coming down from bd, and bill is coming down form dtt. they are further away than i am but they are making the time for everyone to ask ? one on one. not everyone can come to denver, a lot of people make this there vacation. you guys are 250 miles closer than i am.



i hope to see you guys down ther as i'm sure everyone does.
