Would love to meet another TDR member and check out your truck. We also have the TDR meetings every third thursday of the month, at 6:00 p. m. at the Carrows on Ave K and the 14 fwy. That was an embarrasing assumption of mine. I should've known better, my wife loves the truck as much as I do. But I was hoping my post would prompt the owner of that sign to reply if they were a TDR member. I live on the same street, between O & N. I'll definetly stop by next time and say hi.

Looks like your post worked. I am very happy to hear your wife likes the truck as much as you do. You may have to work a bit to keep up with my fanaticism though. I would own a diesel powered blender if they made one. All but one of my vehicles is diesel powered. I probably should attend a DA meeting (Diesels Annonymous) but I refuse to admit it is a problem. Everyone around here knows that diesels come first, NO PROBLEM! :-laf Betty

Still havent made up my mind as to whether drag the trailer or stay in a local motel... It will be cutting it real close to make it from Visalia to the track before they close the gates... .

LoL… we have 5 trucks with that paint. . but we have painted them all. On the second gen’s we just painted the top half’s silver. They look pretty good… mine need all the dents fixed.

I like the SA II... Actually we have 2 trucks and 2 SA II's. When I finally have the time to put my twins on I wont be able to use the one on my truck... Kinda sucks!

This system sure lets the truck breathe better... it really sucks c0oo0oooo00l air . .

I wanted to have them on before the trip to Palmdale but I dont think that is going to happen. Tooooooooooo many projects and not enough weekends to get it all done.

My son and I are heading to the coast tomorrow night to pick up a travel trailer. The holiday weekend our family is headed to San Diego for a wedding and I want to go thru the wheel bearings on the trailer. .

Not enough time for a 2 day twin install!

Just for your information. If you really want to bring the trailer and can't make the cut off time for LACR. There are lots of WAL Marts around here to park in for the night. If you are on the 14 southbound get off the freeway at 10th st. West and go left at the bottom of the off ramp. On your right there is a Sams Club and a brand new Wal Mart Super center that will be opening on Aug 23rd. If you are northbound on the 14 fwy get off at Ave. P (aka Rancho Vista Blvd. ) go left at the bottom of the ramp and then right on 10th st. West. Both are on the right side 1 block up. They are right next to each other and right off the Freeway. Both are within 20 minutes of the track so you can get up in the morning and be at the gates when they open at 7:00 a. m. if you want. There is also the Antelope Valley Mall on the West side of the freeway so if Sams club is full, ha ha, there is only about a million spots at the Mall to park for the night. There is also a Wal Mart at 57th st. East and Avenue S. in Palmdale which is only about 5 minutes from the track. In any case you will not have any trouble parking for the night if you miss the cut off time for LACR. Any more Questions that we can help with just let me know. Betty

Man, hold your horses Justin, the event is still a month and half away! I wouldn't start planning times to meet until the week of, but that is just me. Were you going to Pismo with Jim and company, cuz him and Matt are coming down here again this Friday night and heading to the coast on Monday morning.

I know, I wish I could come up to Hanford this weekend, party at your place and help ya wth the turbo install. It's always nice when the parents leave you the house to yourself.



BTW, what HTB2 did you get, the 62mm or 64mm compressor? I kind of now am wishing I went with the 64, but I won't be sure of that until I have my EDMs in on Saturday.
