ATS stood behind their products for me. Here's a short version of what happened. -------------
Over three and a half years ago I purchased an ATS trans, Triplelok converter and the ATS Commander controller box. I did the install but I did have problem. After some ATS trouble shooting help, ATS authorized a local affliate repair shop tow the truck, repair it and return it to me at no charge. (The shop said the valve body was the culprit)
It seemed to be fine but the gremlins returned within a month or so. One day it wouldn't backup and by the time I tried to crutch it home it wouldn't move.

Boy was I mad.

I called ATS and demanded my money back. The techician said hang on and I'll get Clint Cannon, ATS's owner right on for you. Clint was great, I believe he would have refunded my money but ended up persuading me to give his company another try.
He had my truck picked up again, express shipped a whole new trans and converter to the installer all on ATS's tab and I had the truck back on the road in about a week or so. Remember, I'm in the Atlanta area, the installers on the other side of town and ATS is in Colorado.
As a bonus Clint upgraded my converter to the 5-Star unit which they had just finished developing and testing. Yes, I had a problem and yes, ATS stood behind their warranty. I was pleased and the trans has been fine ever since.
I have since retired, so the truck doesn't see that many miles anymore, but I do romp on it a bit, (high boost burnouts and all - it does fine). I have changed the fluid per ATS recommendations and the filter, fluid and pan bottom always look great.
They stood behind their products for me. I'm happy.
