I noticed last night while playing with the avatars... if you change them, it changes on all of your previous posts, too! At least it did for me.

Yes thats how it works. Just the way the software is I suppose.

I don't see your avatar bad340fish. Just the error icon where it should be. Of course, when you're on line it will be there. This is the same problem another TDR member has been having.
