I rev to 2000-2500 and feather the clutch just enough that the truck gets to about 10mph w/o loosing a lot of rmp then let it engage.
Some good news to ETH owners my 34k stock clutch that came out looks very good. It was a little galzed from slippage but had good material left and even wear. It was still holding near 400hp when it came out.
I don't get good readings below 5 psi on my 100 psi guage but I hit 40 psi at or near 2000 rpm in 6th. this thing has so much bottom end that getting beyond 40 psi in 5th is hard. by the time the truck loads up you shift.
I'm working on a few things to alleviate the boost loss between shifts.
