Back to a First GEN !!!!

I just bought a '92 W350 with a Hydra-dec bale deck on Thursday. The truck has some good and bad mods. It has a NV 4500 already. No air, No cruise and roll me up windows. The seat is shot, no tach, alternator wired for external regulator. The wiring is terrible. Very poor job was done on a lot of stuff. New master cylinder, booster, shocks, brakes, and alternator. I have a '93 w250 as a parts truck so a tach, borgeson joint and a few other parts will find their way to a new home. The truck smokes bad and could definitely use a valve adjustment and some new injectors. I have HO injectors and a 16cm housing to go on the truck. Glad to have a first gen again. It'll be nice to have a solid work truck so I can save the '03 for long trips on the highway.
