Banks Exhaust Brake

Does anyone have opinion on the Banks exhaust Brake? I have a friend that is going to buy one for his 01' CTD.

Probably over priced and harder to put on. I dynoed 3 differn't combinations of exhaust brakes and found almost no differance in HP. I also could not find any egt differance out on the road while pulling the trailer. I stuck with a BD brake in the end.
