I have actually been wondering about that also. I can't see why it wouldn't work, but at the same rate I'm not quite ready to jump off that bridge without a little research either.

It should fit up to the motor no problem... I would imagine. Its basically the same motor as the 94-98 (fuel pump being the main difference). The issue I've heard, is more so with the master brake cylinder on the 1st gen trucks. You asked "motor", so I have to ask, is this going on an 89-93 motor that you're putting into another truck?

Yes. A member did so. At this time I don't recall the name. He is from NY State and tests auto emissions for the same.

The fuel lines OR the fuel line brackets must be rebuilt/replaced or modified. Then all you do is connect a three inch silicone flex hose to it.

Yea its going on a 92 still with the VE pump. I wonder if anybody or the guy has pics of the install, hopefully he will chime in if he sees this post. Thanks for the info tho.

BC847 has a twin ram on his truck. osted pic's a few times of it. I don't know if he's on this sitevery much but I know he post on the other one DTR

did you try searching the forums here with "twin ram". I remember the posts somewhere. There were lots of pics, I think he had to redo the injector lines.

I installed one on the crew, granted, it is a 97 motor. But regarding the master cylindar, there is a little bit of room to spare.

Twin RAM

I was thinking of this but then ran into a post that said someone did a dyno before and after which did not justify all the effort. Seems like it should be a more efficient running set-up. Would definitely like to know more on this. If you do it, hope you do a before and after and let us know. Oo.
