I got it, I think from a software CD that that came with a new Sony MP3 player that I got for my camper. It really ****** me off that they would distribute something like that with a product that you have paid a lot of money for. It seems to install the AdWare as soon as you insert the CD with no prompting what-so-ever. I cannot get rid of it with AdWare or Spybot. Anyone successful at getting rid of it? :

Did you try Add-Remove Programs in your control panel? I seem to remember having that on my CPU at one point, and I think that is how I got rid of it.

My wife's business computer just go something that would change her home page to a search engine home page and add a bunch of "free" pages to her bookmark of favorites list. Ever time I would change it back or delete it, in two or three minutes it would change back. Spybot would find it but could not remove it. It was a DSO EXPLOIT something. It took a lot of work and changing the registry to remove it. :{
