Towing a 25' Travel Trailer Up Hwy. 101 in N. CA., OR. & WA.?

Anyone living in this part of California recommend a good RV dealer where I can get my TT serviced within reasonable distance on Monterey, CA?

Gilson's RV in Salinas has given me good service in the past, when it was Ron's RV. Many of the same people still work there. gbaines

I have to disagree with the recommendation for Gleason's. I bought my HitchHiker fifth wheel from him and had to bring it back for some minor issues. The guy who I dealt with at Ron's was rude and couldn't of cared less that I just dropped 40K a week earlier on this fiver. The bracket for the fire extinguisher was lose and he told me " it just a cheap part, there's nothing I can do to fix it! "

I politely told him to order me another one then. (polite being the operative word )

I wouldn't take my trailer back to them on a bet... I have had very good luck with Leale's RV repair here in San Jose. They have done all my warranty work and all of my routine maintenance work without any problems.

I dont think there is any GOOD rv dealers. The whole industry is substandard.

Ive been to 3-4 diff dealers for warranty work and am convinced ill just do it myself to make it right.

:-laf That sounds just like my dealings . The last issue I had would not have been a warranty issue and they still told me it would be a 6 week wait
