BBi Stage 1 for stock Engine?

I just installed a set in my truck last weekend with no tuning, and it really woke the truck up much better than I had anticipated. When my wallet recouperates from this purchase, I'll invest in an S-06 and see what happens.

Here's what I've got so far......

2005 QCSB NV5600, AFE Stage II CAI & Intake elbow, GDP Air Boss Plenum & FF, BBi Stage I injectors, ARP 425's, BD Boost fooler, straight exhaust, ISSPRO Pyro, Boost, Rail Pressure, Fuel Pressure, Trans Temp.

Future plans: Valair Triple Street, S-06 and Compund Turbo setup most likely stock/475 to start (unless I hit the lottery). Any recommendations gladly accepted and appreciated.

Where are the BBi manufactured/produced - Germany or US?

Didn't find that information anywhere.

took the deal private, eh? Any chance when I'm over there I can pick 'em at Marcos? I usually get over once or twice a year. Best part is going to Lamborghini, Ferrari and staying across the street from Ducati. My brother lives up in Parma (Italy not Ohio). Gotta LOVE motor valley!

My case is a little special, I life here in Swiss and I travel through America this Fall, so I can choose where to buy best.
I also think about Sourceautomotive, they helped me a lot in the past. Best price isn't always best Deal.

LOL, speaking of, every time I see that language my head simply spins. It is beyond me how anyone could ever learn such a complex language. And yet they say the English language is one of the most difficult to learn for Orientals so I supoose it is all relative.

Interesting thread, When injectors are changed, does the computer need to be flashed or other wise informed of something new? Different ohm reading etc.?

Nothing needs to be done, to oversimplify it, it's no different than changing a light bulb so far as the computer is concerned. (so long as the new injectors are good). Thank God it's NOT like windows.

To my knowledge is the 3.Gen the last without matched Injectors, 6.7 has matching - so I was told.

On the 6.7 trucks that is a concern with injectors other than BBi. BBi Injectors do not need any flash done at all.

Hope some are still following this thread,I installed BBI stage 1 almost a year ago, the truck runs very smooth in my opinion.The trouble I've had is EGT's,I pulled my right front driving light and built an cold air into the filter-solved things for when I,m driving and not towing.If I tow I have to be very careful,I live at 7200' and tow to 12000'.I have pretty much decided I'm going to need compounds,but money still is'nt growing on trees here.My transmission went in december and had ATS put a stage 2 in.working nicely so far.If there was a way to detune my fueling a bit it mite help EGTs,I feel I have plenty of power,I've never had the peddle anywhere near the floor.

So injector correction is not needed with the BBi's? and since there will be old codes in the ecm they will have no effect?
