Yeah, too bad the dyno crashed. But, many thanks to the folks of BD for putting on this event. Got to meet lots of great trucks (oh yeah, and their drivers too! #ad
)

Lunch was appreciated, as were the many burnouts and smokefests. I especially like it when Piers spanked an early model muscle car (Chevelle?) off the line, as well as down the street. CUMMINS POWER!

I can't wait for the next one. I definately want to get my truck on a dyno now (see my post about the torque plate in the 12V forum. )

Well, I was a little dissapointed that the Dyno was TU. Looks like I will have time to get a new clutch for the next Dyno Days.

The best part about the whole event was when I purchased my hat and "T" shirt
WOW!! OMG!! there I am 27, single and all that is in my head is Diesel.
(note to self... next time buy more hats) #ad

Yes, the dyno broke down awfully early... it was a big disappointment for many of us, but the boys at BD worked very hard to get it going again. They tore the thing apart trying to fix it!

I walked around and met many nice people.

Ted Jannetty was just as I had imagined. A level-headed guy, with a genuine concern for our Rams.
Blair was not what I had imagined... he was a young guy who enjoyed joking around, having fun! I had an impression that he was a pretty serious guy...
Jason Burton was there... I harassed him for a bit!
It was also nice to see the regulars... Piers is such a hoot to talk to and watch! He has the 24 Valve really going!
The BOMBvoy up was a lot of fun, with harassment going on over the CB constantly. The Montana boy got searched at the border, and we figured we had better just get as far away from him as possible!
JB(quaddoorram*&&^%%$%)rode shotgun as my deputy... manned the CB and the strobe! (Thanks for breakfast at Wellers!)
As of about 3pm, hvac was still just a rumor.
BD had plenty of donuts and coffee in the morning, and the BBQ was great for lunch.
Thanks to BD for a great day and thanks to all who showed up to make the BSing interesting!

What a hoot !!
Great to see all the guys again.
Second time to get on the Dyno #ad
and no go... ... ..... AND I pulled plastic for a Plug n Play, and they were out of stock. #ad

You know what that means ? Now I have an excuse to come back over again #ad

Thank you BD for the hospitality.
Thank you Rob Hanson for the injector install. Part time Police need extra jobs.
Thank you to all I pestered with questions. #ad

It was great to have put some of these names with faces.
I want to thank bd for staying late to get me ready for the dyno. This new tc is great.
Steve,Andrew, Piers, and everyone else at bd you guys are a great bunch of people.

Poor Cliff... all the blood rushed out of his head leaving pure diesel on the brain! Hehe! What no phone number??

I had a blast. I couldn't believe how huge an event this has turned out to be. It was great meeting alot of out of towners from this site.

I will be going up some friday to take them up on their "rain check" offer.

Couldn't of asked for a better day #ad
.

I went looking to buy a set of injectors but they have just finished testing there new high hp. Well I just have to wait.

Thanks again Rob, I never thought about any clubs or get togethers like this #ad
when I bought my truck.

Thanks to BD for an outstanding get together.

Hey Papa Joe, I tried to E-Mail you in reguard to your Plug n Power. Your e-mail address doesn't work. I have access to more power, two months old. E-Mail me at nas. car3@gte.net.

Hey Rob, I guess I should have waited with you. I ended taking the scenic route by compass back to I-5. We ended up getting on I-5 at mile marker 261. Nice drive #ad

It was still a great day, great bombvoy, great breakfast (even though I was late). HO Ram and Billy: thanks for the comradre and conversation. Hope to cross trails in the near future at another NW Bomb event. Too bad the dyno broke. Didn't really go for the dyno anyway but just wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I've only had my truck since November. It's all stock (but not for much longer #ad

). To all the folks at BD: Grand effort to all of you. It didn't quite turn out as you wanted. I think most everyone walked away satisified to a large degree. I really liked what I saw in support and enthusiasm in all. I think I've hooked up with a great bunch! Even the strokers and maxis got along. Looking forward to next time!

Well, lets see. Looking at the demographics of the group, what would you think any
red-blooded North American male would be thinking about? Of course I was thinking of the girl.

HVAC (Nowell) did his show at a different location 2 miles west (Diesel Transmission Technology)

Nowells Ram can fly.

My son Brian(17yr) was taken for a test run with the new DTT Auto Transmission.

The run started with the tires spinning for the fist 100 feet and then they disappered for a good 20 minute run.

Brian is now a full fledged diesel fanatic even more than before (thanks Nowell #ad

Abbotsford is heaven on Earth #ad

Mike, thanks again for the 5. 9 RT
sticker... bad thing is now I get more attention on the FWY from other trucks #ad
or it could be that "BD" sticker I put in the window. If I ever get beat I will have to get some DDII's.
Vaughn, get ready to get wasted by a 4x4.

Hey Papa Joe,
I was able to receive your e-mail just fine. I did a reply and it came back with this message: The following addresses permanent fatal errors... Maybe there is a problem at my end.

Cliff, looks like I'll have to order a Power Puck #ad
LOL It was fun cruising back in the afternoon. I was hoping the traffic would clear ahead of us so we could duel it out once, I don't know if you were thinking the same thing or not. You need to get a CB for the next event.
