I just threw it together real quick to check fit. The housings are not quite rotated correctly in that pic. I adjusted them some more after that pic and they align perfectly. Quite happy with that aspect.
Another side note... I was talking with John this morning, the guy that put these twins together at BD, to express some of my concerns and dislikes, and he said they are currently working on a new intercooler system that is showing huge gains with twins. It is a dual intercooler setup. He was saying that one of the reasons they didn't go bigger with their twins was the huge drop in air density they were seeing due to compression heat created by the intercooler bottleneck when they went above 55lbs of boost. He said if they took the stock cooler out of the equation, big surprises happened. Since the stock intercooler hampered the 3rd Gens after a certain boost level, they said they concentrated on obtaining maximum air density at that boost level so the most benefit would be obtained without having to replace more parts on the truck. He went on to say that the gains observed with an extremely free-flowing, low restriction intercooler were so great that they decided to pursue it. They are now in testing, but they will offer a super low restriction dual intercooler system later this year. To go along with this new intercooler system will be an upgrade to their twins (wouldn't elaborate) to take advantage of the increased flow capability.
Just sounds like more money to me, on top of an already overpriced set.
