Competition Best 1/4 mile times?

Who has the best 1/4 mile times with an ISB? I thought I read 11. 99 a year ago on here, I need to shut somebody up who is a "non belever"



What I need is a URL I can point to with some facts!

My best is 12. 26 sec @ 118 mph.

There where no runs in the 11's at may madness. ALthough you will see the times on the video reading in the elevens the smoke from our trucks was messing up the lights. However there were some low 12's.

There seems to be a bunch of trucks on the verge of the 11sec pass. We have run 12. 5 on just diesel, so with 200+ hp of nitrous just waiting I dont see it being long before we hit 11. The one drawback of running 11s is having to run a cage and harnesses. Guess we will have one shot at it.

I agree that there are several trucks on the verge and I think that David is running 11's in the Dakota. But Maybe we will see 11's in Georgia out of a full-size truck??? Someone will be very close!!!

Like Pat said, harness and cage it, boo. Get's in the way when pulling stumps, lol. Maye next year, but if I go Nitrous, I'll skip the 11's and go to the 10's right off. Until then, I'll keep plugging away for the 12 flat on diesel only.

Jeff2 on here has a 11. 60 et on diesel only. Their (Southern Truck Parts) Dakota ran 12. 80's here in Muncie.



I'm sure we aren't the fastest, there are way more trucks out there, then there are on this board.

It is going to get to the point of having a tube frame all out race truck similar to project sidewinder, but one that will run 9s all day long. Who knows we are having so much fun at it I think if we can improve our hook up in the bottom end 11s on just diesel in a truck that weighs 6800lbs are a definate possibility. If we were in a 2wdr truck I think there would be big differences in the ets, but we arent so we will just have to work on it like it is. We also got caught on a weird tech rule that NHRA doesnt want to move on. Because we are running pretty quick the center of the crank can be no more than 24inches. With our stock suspension it measures 30inches. Our local track is supposed to be one of the hardest to get through tech on, so it is off to Pacific Raceway park in Kent WA to run 11s

I talked with Harald yesterday and he told me about your unfortunate situation with the NHRA track. I guess they have their reasons and it'll keep us safe. I have to get another truck next year so I can slam this one and take it to the max! Great runs last night, check out new time in the sig! I'm really happy. Oo.
