Best brand / type brake control to buy?

Dang... so I make up my mind on a Jordan, call with money in hand and find they are 6 weeks out



So then I thought I might cave in and go for the BrakeSmart hose job, I call their number at 9:30am and no answer. . scary

I had my brakesmart 4 days after I ordered. I went brakesmart since I had one in my 04. 5 and loved it but the Jordan gets good reviews too and I don't really see anyone complaining about it. If Dr. P had not started producing the brakesmart again I would have gone with the Jordan.

You should also be able to find the Jordans locally also... ... ... ...

You're right, you must like your Jordan controller as well as I do. I'm glad I bought mine. I can't even imagine going back to one of the ramp style ones. Best thing since sliced bread and the customer service can't be beat. I haul up to 20k and don't even know the trailer is back there. Try it and you will be surprised how well it works.

those jordans must be flying out the door or they don't keep many in stock, i had to wait a few days for a shipment to come in to get mine for a trip and that was 2 weeks ago and they are out allready

I also got a hold of Jordan for a vendor list that I could search for anyone that may have one on the shelf and this was the message:

Glad I posted to this thread, A Jordan vendor who must have had a boat load of them at one time saw my post and PM'd me they had one left so I got lucky.

I hope Jordan co. is making about a gajillion of these things to be sent out. I can't find on anywhere. One website they were supposed to get them on the 14th of this month, but it didn't happen.



Looks like I may have to go with a prodigy. Tons and tons of ppl praise it for an inertia controller. I don't forsee towing much over 12,000 lbs.



I really wanted a Jordan though. #@$%!
