Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Best chip/programmer for economy?

Am driving a 2000 6-speed 3. 54 gears. Run 60 MPH, mostly interstate, 110 miles a day 5 days a week. Tires are at 70 psi, folded my mirrors in. Shift at 17-1800 RPM. My average mileage is 25. 6. Am considering a smarty. Trying to gain 30 MPG. Electric fans are in the plans also.

If you aren't running additional timing, a Smarty will get you maybe half way to your goal. 25 is the best I can get at steady freeway speed but that's with added timing.

With everything in my signature, and stock tires, the best mileage so far was when I went to May Madness this year. Driving empty I got 22. 2 which is the best I have gotten so far. The Comp (same as the Juice without the gauge features) was set on 1x1. I also drove at 60-65. I gained from the 4" exhaust as well as the injectors. Anything that adds timing will help to a point, good airflow helps also as well as easy driving. My rpms are well under 2k when at these speeds.
