Best Cookies?

OK Boys,



Time to hit the important stuff. I don't know doodly about gourmet stuff, but I sure enough know I like cookies. Who makes the best?



My vote goes to an old Nabisco cookie called the "Ideal Bar", which was like a peanut butter cookie covered with chocolate. Rascals quit making them years ago but every time we go to a grocery store I look all over the cookie shelf "just in case".



1st Runner up: wife's chocolate chip cookies. She knows I love 'em but only makes 'em once in a blue moon because I founder myself on 'em.



2nd Runner up: The sugar cookies made by Great American Cookie Company at the mall, the ones covered with red and green sugar sprinkles. Might have voted them 1st except GACC keeps shrinking them down, soon they will look like a dime in the palm of your hand.



Also like those Archway chocolate chip cookies but they quit selling them down here.

hmm... oreos are good, as are fudge'o's and them pirate cookies. the chocolate faced digestive cookies with a little vanilla icecream or peanut butter on them taste good too... home made chocolate chip cookies with a hint of vanilla is good too...

Home made cookies typically are the best, but if you have to substitute, the new mint oreo's go pretty quick around here. As far as girlscout cookies I like the coconut covered ones with the chocolate stripes (can't remember the name I usually rip into the box and never look back) Although there not as good as they used to be when the made them from REAL girlscouts.

Ginger Snaps and milk are good.



My mother made Molasses cookies that melted in your mouth.



And, I like the Snickerdoodles that Mrs Doc makes

I do appreciate anything my wife makes though.

Gotta agree with Shovelhead, even though I am an EVO owner. Girl Scout thin mints! How nice of them to figure out a single serving size and then package them that way!. Don. Oo.

The easiest way for my to put it is - - - Anything without coconut unless it's an emergency.



The bestest cookies will have peanut butter in them. Like Peanut Butter / Chocolate chip
