Another trick that works wonders, is to throw bounce fabric sheets under the seat. Lasts for weeks, and if you have a quad cab throw one sheet under each seat for even better performance.
 
Black Ice works pretty good. Just don't pull the bag all the way off right away. It is STRONG!

I spray Febreze in the air vents. Helps get rid of the cigarette smoke my co-worker was sooooooo nice to leave me when I unwillingly had to let him drive my rig for 3 weeks. Told him not to smoke, but did anyhow. I was PI$$ED!

The odor eliminator trees help, too.
 
activated charcoal or Arm and hammer powder in the box, damp rid for moisture issues, get rid of the dampness and usually the smell will leave also. Mine smells like hay, goats and alfalfa other than that i couldn't tell you what other smells might be lurking in the cab.

Might try and lay off them Burrito's
 
We have a friend that makes candles. She gave me a couple small cups of her leather scent. Keeps the truck smelling like new leather.
