Better MPG with different EZ settings??

HELP!!!! hope this isn't a dump question, I'm new to all this, what is EZ settings? do I already have one on my stock truck? Where would it be located at? where can I get one? I want one. HELP!!!!!!!

An EZ is a box you add to your truck, its cost is roughly $550. 00. Im in love with mine, of course the new edge comp is comming out, I hear this the same week I bought my EZ. #ad

Well I left my EZ on the factory settings for my trip. The only time I checked mileage was on my first fill up which was all highway and I got 17. 06(19. 6 on the trip computer). But that included going about 85-90MPH ALL the time and up to 112 for a short time. Also found out that my friends 7. 3diesel 4x4 F350 will go 100MPH with 4. 10s lol. I filled up twice in 890 miles and I still have 5/8 tank left after getting home. I got around the same MPG on a much shorter trip awhile back without the EZ. But I never saw 100MPH at all on that trip. Where I saw it many times on this trip. Anyone in Missouri see a Red F3504x4 Reg Cab and a Driftwood 2500 fly by them on friday morning #ad
