Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) BHAF question?

Hey yall. My first thread on this forum! Sorry if this has ready been covered but I'm new to this. I have a 96 12v with a k&n cold air intake. I've read great things about BHAFs. I can get a discount through my work on Napa parts since I work at a mechanics shop. I have the Napa part number but I'm wondering if I can toss out the old k&n filter on there now and drop in the BHAF into the k&n heat shield. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks and God Bless!

I run the Fleetguard AH1141. It's not quite as big around as the original and may fit in your heat shield better. All you need is the stock flex hose from the turbo to the air box.
