finally got my t/c v/b installed thursday. i can really feel the hp hit the ground. the shifts are guick and just a tad harsh sometimes but i'll get used to it. the only thing that i wasn't expecting was that from a standing start and dropping the hammer it wont jerk ya back in the seat and break the rear wheels loose like it did with just the pmx3. once the truck is in motion though and then crack it hold on cause then your gonna feel the power hit the ground like right now!called bill and he helped me to understand why no more holeshots like i could do with the stock t/c which didn't lock-up till 2000rpm and the new one locking up right away which is not letting me build some boost up as before. not that i want to smoke tires,i just liked the feel. i am happy with the upgrade but feel that the 600 dollar install price at a local shop was a little high for what they actually did. i stood there and watched it the whole time and if i had a lift and transmission jack i could do it myself. i definately recommend DTT to the guys with power upgrades.

Congratulations on the DTT!

You might want to look into the SS ladder bars if you want instant torque response.

Glad you finally got them installed. How long did it take those guys? I haven't called them to schedule yet. Thought I'd talk to you first. I did talk another shop down my way. $850. Get real!

tom,,it was about 6 hours including their lunch etc. the shop seemed very professional,,one guy does the removing & installing and another does the bench work. give me a call saturday,,maybe we can hook up and i'll let you test it out
