This morning, I was getting on I-75 going home from work. Speed was about 50 - 55 and slowly rising. No traffic to speak of, so I floored it (this truck is fun). Glanced in the rear view, and I saw black smoke. Backed off on throttle (remember, very little traffic), slowed down to 55 and floored it again. Again, black smoke (not like you would see at a tracker pull, but, black smoke, none-the-less). I have 5200 miles on my rig... drive like an old man, normally. My truck is bone stock. Temp was 81 deg, and humidity was probably 90%. Is it normal for an '05 to produce black smoke? Just curious
