well, All I can say is they are sooooper soft.. and way more comfortable than my 04 was! But then even our 12' SLT work truck seats are more comfortable than the 3rd gens IMHO.

My wife has that on her Edge Titanium. I gotta say, it is kinda nice. I don't pay a lot of attention to it because I went decades without it, but it is nice.

Every leather I've ever had, or ever seen, that wasn't black, started to show wear and tear on the edges of the seats from getting in and out of the truck. Black shows it, too. But not nearly as much in my experience.

Again, my wife's leather is black and I'm getting used to that. All five times I've been in it. I'm not a fan of leather but if you want a 'loaded' truck (because you deserve one ) you can't get around it.

And since our Rams are made in Mexico, I will take a SWAG and assume the leather is Mexican Leather, which is the very best IMO. I'm sure some of it's junk, but high-end Mexican Leather can't be touched by anybody. Just my $.02

The leather in the Longhorns is top quality leather. I have had this truck for 10 years now and they show absolutely no sign of wear. They have held up great as you can see from the photos I took last night. Hopefully the current vehicles still use this grade of leather.

I had a 11 HO LongHorn with the same leather as pic above. It was VERY nice. Hard to believe my 15's is even nicer.

So here's an update to original post. I ordered the truck on Feb 1/21. got my VIN number yesterday Feb. 11/21 with Firm Schedule. So I guess that is a good sign. Read on another post that Ram changed some of the option packages on the lower trim trucks to remove the "Blind Spot Monitoring". But left it on the higher trim trucks like Longhorn, Limited, and TRX 1500. So I guess there isn't going to be the delay that I was originally told. Now we just wait.

Well I got some good news on Friday. Got a notice from salesman truck was in G status(trim). Got up Monday morning and just for the hell of it checked for window sticker on cryptostickers. Low and behold it was there. So truck complete. Then couple hours later got a text from dealer and he said truck is enroute, eta for Vancouver BC for May 16th. And dealer should see it within a week of that. That would put it at 16 weeks order to deliverySo getting very excited now.
