Sun-screen with cargo rack, and that looks homemade. I'm big in to water sports and I've every seen anything like that. I could image my kids jumping on that in the middle of a lake.

I was also thinking it was home made. And I would also think that was a trampoline on top. By the looks of the ladder going up the back I would think it would be a great platform for jumping from into the water. Plus it makes a nice sun shade. Come to think of it, I would not want to be under it when someone big starts to bounce on it
