Well, thanks to Erik Stacey (BLACKDOG) for showing me the light, and advising me on a body-lift, I finally installed it. This BOMB is definatly worth the time/effort, although you fellas without a dump-bed feature would have a much easier time with the installation,
.
Anyone considering a body-lift, I highly recommend it. The appearance of it is just an added benefit. The real features are the ease of valve cover (ideal for the regular injector swap) and/or head removal, bell housing/transmission access, and the much needed addition of a front receiver hitch, (thanks to Steve St. Laurent for the hitch).
A huge thanks goes out to Greg (LSfarm), for the use of his shop, his help, and putting up with the rather large mess I made in the process.
