Body Parts

I plan on painting my truck in the spring, I'll need to replace the rocker panels by then (small rot holes on both sides that I'm sure will be bigger after another New York winter, I would rather replace them than patch the old ones).

Does anyone know a good place to order body panels? I'm assuming the dealer will be of no help and since I plan on keeping this truck for a while I want quality parts. Thanks in advance for any help.

You can still get the rocker panels for our trucks. It is the same between the regular and the X cab. The parts book only shows one rocker between both cabs. The cab corner for a X cab is N/A now. Unless Dodge does another production run.



The rocker will have the regular cab corner attached to it. Just cut it off.



I gave around $65 for my rocker last year. I have used some repo body panels before. Most do not fit worth anything.

I bought new rockers(among several other parts) from the dealer and the fit is quite a bit better than cheaper brands, although the doors have a "made in Mexico" inside them in a Mopar box.

Thanks for the replies, I'll check with my local dealer for availability... I just assumed they wouldn't be able to get them.
