I got it at a vinyl lettering shop. I just went and told the guy what I was looking for and he had it up on the computer in minutes.

Most sticker shops (decal stores) can do this. It litterly takes 5 minutes to do. That's how I got my sticker at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo last year. Walked up, told the guy what I wanted, and not even 5 minutes later, there it is, in the color I want, size I want, and font I want, cool deal.
