Boost should be within 3PSI of each other between turbo outlet and intake plenum on head. These are the numbers Cummins allows. And if checking for intercooler leakage they say put 40PSI pressure and must not lose more than 5PSI in 15 seconds. Also if interested a maximum of 45F degrees above ambient temp going into intake of head. These values come from the "C" series Operation and Maintance Manual.
