Boost Module / Elbow vendor????

A friend of mine has the VA box on his '99 and wants to buy a boost module and elbow. Any recommendations on what brand and where to get it? What is the approx. cost?

I would recommend the one offered by Practical Solutions. (406)727-5144. $149 delivered. Called and sent my check on friday and it showed up on tuesday! Now thats speedy service. Nice product and very easy install. I went from just over 19 lbs. of boost to a solid 29 psi. Noticed a drop in egt temps on a hard uphill pull too.
