These are my results with "winter settings" and poor winter grade fuel.





1. Boost pressure: 2-2. 5psi

2. Load on truck: Empty - (dry weight= 6,970 lbs)

3. Full power screw setting: 1/2 to 3/4 turn from collar

4. AFC control cone setting: about 2/3 turn

5. Smoke screw setting: Neutral

6. Star wheel setting: Pre-Stock about 1/2 turn

7. Injectors: POD's

8. Turbo compressor: stock WH1C

9. Turbo exhaust housing: 16

10. Inter cooled: yes

11. D or W model: W

12. Exhaust: 3 1/2" mandrel bent BD

13. RPM @ 55: 2050

14. Transmision Type: Full DTT Auto w/89% TC

15. Air filter: K&N

16. Rear Diff Ratio: 3. 54's Open diff.

Which brings up a good point... . let's do this again in June and plot the results against these winter results and see how different it is.

I'm looking for some feedback form everyone on their average boost pressure at 55mph on the flats in 3rd gear (1:1). I also need the details of your setup as best you know.



1. Boost pressure 3 psi

2. Load on truck (empty, towing, camper etc. ) empty 6500lbs

3. Full power screw setting 1 1/2 turn in

4. AFC control cone setting (min, max, 1/2 turn, etc. ) Max

5. Smoke screw setting factory

6. Star wheel setting 3/4 turn from bottom

7. Injectors stock

8. Turbo compressor (H1C, HX35 etc. ) h1c

9. Turbo exhaust housing (12, 14, 16, etc. ) 21

10. Inter cooled (yes/ no) yes

11. D or W model D

12. Exhaust (stock, aftermarket) no muffler

13. RPM @ 55 2300

14. Transmision Type (Std or auto) getrag 5 spd

15. Air filter AFE no air box

16. Rear diff ratio 3. 54 Ithink?

OTHER STUFF

36 deg F out side

600 DEG pre turbo AT 55 MPH IN 4TH tires are 215's
