My Dad had an experience with Bose radio customer service that was great. He purchased one of their systems about 6 months ago. Well, his 8 month old Rotty took a liking to the remote and made it her new chew toy. Pops called Bose to order a new remote for the system. Customer service is sending him one at no charge. He told the rep three times that ther was no defect or anything, just that it must taste good. Customer service said that the remote is free of charge, and they will see if they can make them taste bad
