Speaking of... did you inform the next owner that the crankcase had been filled with diesel on two separate occasions?

Greatness Keith, pure greatness! :-laf

I ran my 04. 5 for 150k, put a pressure box on, injectors dead with in 20,000 miles (6 weeks for me) Live and learn my friend.

You can't please everyone.

Chris, you are so far out of line, I feel I need to put my 2 cents in.

Look up Supreme Customer Service in the dictionary and you will see a photo of Brady at II next to it. (along with Aaron's photo from Edge).

I bought a SPS 66 a few months ago, and was having some strange problems with it. After talking to Brady, he offered to immediatly send me a new one. I declined and told him I would be in SLC in a few weeks on a Sunday. What did he offer? He gave me his address to his personal home. I got to meet the family, tour the home, and then take a few rides in his truck and Brett's truck. All while football games were on the big screens in the basement (meaning I was taking from his personal time on a weekend. ). Hell, I was even invited to stay over for dinner with the family.

Then on Monday, I took another sps66 home to install in my truck (works awesome) and I sent back the old one. (and he didn't hit my credit card either for having two turbos).

I have numerous emails from him and phone calls, all with regards to his extra effort to make me a happy customer. He WENT over the line of duty to make sure I was happy with my purchase after he had my money. I was very impressed.

Seems to me you don't tell all the story that needs to be told.

Hey Hasselhoff, I'm glad you made a new friend, sounds like you need some of those you smuck! Ever spend your hard earned dough on a shoddy product? I didn't think so, read my story again and keep your 2 pennies cause I don't want or need them. Govern yourselves accordingly, if you want to roll the dice, go ahead, just telling everyone I got shafted by those two companies!!

So he doesn't like to maintain his truck?

How does a bar of soap keep a tip from breaking off.

(Not trying to stir the pot, just want to know how a tip broke off)

So if a tip broke off, it must of done some damage to the motor... Did you replace the injectors and let the unsuspecting (new) owner finr out that he had to replace the motor?

Just trying to understand.

Excuse me for saying the tip 'broke' off, my mistake. It 'fractured' and spewed diesel from the crack in the nozzle.

Yes, I did replace the injectors and the engine ran just fine 'till the day I sold it. Hell yeah I sold it, I played roulette enough times dealing with II and Perf. Chips, I wasn't going to take my chances. Not only that, the truck was 'tainted' with Robertas 'semblance'.

Quick, someone, hid all the sharp knifes in Santa's home. Santa is going postal.

Santa, based on your crude replies which are filled with so much anger, I don't think I'd refund your money either.

I can confidently say, if I asked Brady for a refund on my turbo, the check would be in the mail overnight.

But then again, I treat people as I want to be treated. Maybe you should try the concept.

Go home Hasselhoff, I'm done playin with you!

[So I took it to Cummins and paid them $2000 to put all new injectors in and got rid of the truck incase the integrity of the bottem end had been compromised, bearings running with diesel in them, etc.

... . and your the same guy who said this in their first post:
