I picked up my truck Friday the 13th and put 200 miles on the Con OFE in 5 days. According to John Isaacs at Floor-It Diesel Performance, lots of shifting in the first 200 miles and no heavy towing (16,000) pounds. John did say that my 9,000 pound horse trailer (with horses and tack) would not be a problem. I didn't baby the clutch. I have an Edge Comp set on 3x3 until I get my FASS installed in a couple of weeks.
The pedal pressure is the same or less than the stock clutch which lasted for 142,000 miles before it went Tango Uniform 3 miles from home. So far, I really like the clutch. It seems to be a bit quick to engage from 2nd gear, by that I mean that I can make the rear tires hop a bit if I am not careful. However, 1st gear starts are no problem.
