I've got about 25k on my M700 Duravis tires.

Seem to wearing well but I can't make it between oil changes (every 5k miles) without a total rebalance of all six tires.

Tires will start to vibrate about 3500 miles after balance.

Unloaded-65 Psi Fr / 45 Psi Rr

Heavy Loaded-80 Psi Fr / 70 Psi Rr

With this set, I've chosen not to rotate at all. I've left the rears alone and I actually have the front tires dismounted from the rim and then re-mount them on the opposite side during oil service at 5k miles.

The rear tires are wearing like a comfortable pair of shoes and the fronts, . . . are wearing like a dually does. Always rounding off the outside corner.

Only complaint is that they will not retain balance further than 3,500 miles.

Have the dealer open one of the tires/wheels and see if there is a pile of rubber balls moving around in the wheel... If not, sit down with the tire dealer and have him replace the tires... tires don't need to be re-balanced as often as your telling us...

We have Bridgestone 19. 5" highway ribs on our truck... and have 30-40K miles on the sets with no problems... we ran these tires on a F550 and ran that truck for 500K miles before we sold it... we'd install tires and run them for 100K miles and never rotate them or have to balance them again...

I wouldn't under inflate them... no matter what the load we run them at max pressure. .

I've got over 25K on my M700's and they wear like a steel brick. I love them! Have not had to rebalance at all. I keep all four corners at 65 psi, but I don't haul/tow anything. I would follow jelag's advise, he's got some pretty good insights.

Good luck.

I have the R500's on mine. They have about 12,000 miles on them now. They are wearing very well. Still look brand new. I have not had any problems with balance. If the wear stays consistent, I will likely get 50,000+ miles out of them.
