Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) building up a isb cummins

Hey I got a spare cummins isb laying around that came out of freightliner fl70.

I'm thinking about building it to the sky. Any suggestions?

Question is how is the fundage? How many miles on it? How was it treated? Is it going to be a hot rod or a puller? Top end rush animal or low end linear power? How much life do you want out of it @ what level6 , 7 , 8 , 1000 HP

Lesse, o-ring block, 14mm headstuds, main studs, bore cylinders with torque plate, marine pistons with steel lands on both compression rings, balance entire assembly, fluidampr damper. Head port, stage 2 or 3 cam. Install mains girdle. Possibly coat piston skirts and crowns.
