Bulb Condoms

When I installed my Ultra-Lite guages, I used the green "Bulb-Condom". I would like to know if anyone has found a green bulb that matches the instrument lights better?

How does everyone like their custom 50psi gauge from Auto-Meter?

I tried to use the bulb condoms but decided to use the colored bulbs from Schucks instead. They have more blue and match my panel better. They have green also. I think they are labeled as "Mood Lights". Ha, all I need now is a 12v lava lamp #ad

You can also use paint on the bulb,it worked good on my EGT guage.

I got bulbs from
"Auto Zone" that
were made by Victor.
They are the blue ones
and they match pretty darn good.

I agree with you. I thought the bulb rubbers made the light too dim.

I have the same Blue bulbs as BGDUMMY. However the blue color has changed to green. A very close match to the dash lighting now, so its not bad.

Give them a month BGDUMMY. Let us know if they turn green on you too.
Maybe I just had a bad lot.
