I drink whatever I am given, lol. Yes, we get a lot of NM pinion coffees. Also Trader Joe has some like "Joe," Peaberry, Honduran.
Big: cowboy coffee sounds like something to try, what's your preference for coffee grounds etc?
Ahhh, but the trick is keeping the flavor! Grind the beans fresh. Yes there are hand cranked coffee grinders. I have one, it is over 100 years old:-laf!
That and how long you boil the coffee really makes a difference. One other thing I like to do is drop egg shells (from breakfast) into the coffee. This cuts some of the acid and gives the coffee a creamy look. It tastes like a "Cowboy Cappachino":--)!
