as you all didnt know know is the prime time to buy guns and ammo. im buyin an ar10 . 308 with a 10-40x 50mm tommorow. im ready. what do you guys think?

yep for shure. i went to the gunshow yesterday and just couldnt take it anymore... . it means cashing in all my savings bonds, but in my eyes its worth it no doubt.

Just picked up an AR-10, myself. And a . 223 lower. Haven't decided what to do with the upper just yet. First time in 40 years, I ever considered any kind of AW. Never had the need for them, until now... And now it looks pretty good.

yep its sad but true. im takin out a huge personal loan in like a month to get a tommy gun, 4 120 round drums and a bunch of ammo. like my beltbuckle reads: I will give up my gun... when you pry it from my cold dead fingers.

From what I have seen, the tommy guns work well with a drum. At least until you have to put another one on in a hurry. I belong to a club that has hosted timed competitions. If you plan to reload fast & smoothly, I've seen the sticks swapped easier.

True military MRE's are all but non existent around here.
