Buying exhaust, recommendations needed.

Looking for a 4" system to put in my Ford-Cummins conversion. I will be ordering a system for my year Ford, but I'll have to obtain a Cummins downpipe and adapt it. Shouldn't be much a problem (have MIG). I have found systems offered with: no muffler, or glasspack, or 8" muffler. Not sure what to order. I don't want an annoying hum or roar inside the cab, but do want a nice throaty sound outside. Suggestions on muffler type?

I just had a 4" system installed and went with the big Dynomax muffler. It's quiet... too quiet. It doesn't have the nice tone that my 3" glasspack did. Dynomax also makes a "bullet" style muffler that will give a little more noise, but I don't know how much.
