Has anybody had this problem? One of my DiPricol guages has started making an anoying buzzing sound... ... . it's either the boost gauge or the fuel pressure gauge... ... . I have to find the problem before I go insane... . Please HELP!!! :{ :{ :{

My guess would be the fuel pressure gauge, as I had that problem myself. The solution is usually to either use a grease gun hose in your line, or a needle valve to limit the volume in the line. The vibration is usually caused by the injector pump.

Good luck

JL, it could be either one. My boost gauge and fp gauge both did this. Put a needle valve on the fuel pressure gauge like Mishkaya said. Turn it almost all the way off, until the buzzing goes away but it is still reasonably responsive.

For the boost gauge, put a snubber in line. I tried 3 sizes. If its too big, your gauge will still buzz. Too small, and you will have bad responsiveness.

Good luck.
