Remember the Million Mile '94 Dodge/Cummins that had its own thread a couple of years ago?

He used the cheapest oil filter he could find, Supertech oil from wally world and a K&N air filter that had not been cleaned in years.

Yep, and he changed the oil every 3,000 miles, it was using a quart every 3k, and it was a bone stock '96 that he drove real easy, so his air demand wasn't anywhere near what these newer and bombed trucks are placing on air filters and oil sooting. But yep, all oils work, especially when you get lucky and get a cherry engine like that one must be. Change dino oil often enough, and the truck will get there. That guy's truck was a pretty rare amazing story. Shows how awesome these Cummins engines are. I bet we'll never see a 6. 0 make it that far with that few repairs, no matter what oil is thrown at it! :-laf

So where did you order from that is having this sale? I can't find anywhere on "www.fs2500.com" to even order. They just point to their distributors.

Thanks,

Bob

You'll see an 800 number, give it a call. Randy or Chris have been very helpful.

For a 2002 Ram like yours, I recommend the BK15ea kit. It is a dual mount bypass kit, relocating both full-flow and bypass filters.

Here are install instructions so you can see what you're dealing with:

With PC pricing, I can save you a decent chunk of $ on these, lower than what AMSOIL.com lists as retail.

You recommend a dual remote bypass on large sump applications  ?
