Just received a rear diff cover from them. It was out of package, bolts loose, gasket loose, package torn open, looked used or damaged. Chris the manager said I could return it but he would not pay for shipping. He basically would not stand behind his product and said that's how they receive them and I guess they ship them out the same way? I am returning it at my cost and will never buy anything from them again. Buyer Beware!

I always check Geno's first and only if they do not have what I am looking for do I go elsewhere.. They are top notch sales and customer service hands down. There are few companies out there that bend over backwards to make the customer happy.....

Yes I love Geno's and I have purchased quite a bit of stuff from them along with being a mag. subscriber for almost 20 years. They did not have the AAM/Mopar diff cover I was looking for though. I had to file a claim with PayPal to get a refund from them less shipping charges. It cost me 38.00 in shipping charges just to get a used looking part that I'm guessing someone else returned before being shipped to me. Chris the manager at C&M Gearworks- Springfield. MO. does not stand behind their products!!

I mean I totally understand your point.
But does this really matter on a diff cover so much to send it back?
Some pictures of the Cover would have been nice.

Too me if its advertised as new it should look new if it is new but out of package then say that. I received the item out of manufacture's package inside shipping box, bolt package cut open and loose, gasket loose. It looked beat up! I also questioned the casting because it looked compromised. They did not stand behind product and stated that's how they receive them. I just want to receive what's advertised when ordering online. Otherwise put a disclaimer stating "item may look like crap when received but don't blame us!"
